Teams: Mens Senior Football | Ladies Senior Football

Suzhou Eire Og was formed in 2009. The club boasts 50 members, making up both a men’s and women’s team. The club embodies the international spirit of the GAA, with players heralding from Africa, Australia, North and South America, Germany, England, Ireland amongst other countries.

The Suzhou trophy cabinet has not always been full, however the willingness to play football and the desire to win has never been missing.  The Suzhou ladies enjoyed the most recent success, as they made up the spine of a China Gaels team, complemented by players from Beijing GAA and our neighbours Shanghai GAA, at the 2018 All Asia Games to take home silverware in the Women’s Junior Cup. The club hosted the inaugural Tom Cuyle Invitational football tournament in October 2018 and relish the opportunity to host the tournament again in 2019.  Whilst the lads and ladies don’t always come up trumps on the field, we certainly live up to our moto; “Suzhou Always Wins the Party.”

Suzhou Eire Og trains on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8 at Suzhou Singapore International School. We invite people at all levels and love to see new faces.
