What brings you to: Asia? Gaelic Football? Your Club?  Came in 2003 with my fiancé (now husband). Met the folks at HKGAA a few weeks later - they were an awesome bunch of people and I quickly became addicted to Gaelic football and the craic.
Funniest moment of your Asian football career?  There have been many and my memory is fading fast but most recent was falling flat on my face in the 2014 Asian Gaelic Games, whilst attempting to solo the ball with nobody near me was pretty funny (and embarrassing) - I'm hoping it's a one off or I'll be claiming an inner ear problem. 
If I wasn’t in Asia, I'd be.....?  Home in New Zealand.
If I wasn’t at football training on Saturday/Sunday, I'd be...?  Hanging out with my husband and two kids.
What have you been doing to get in shape for the GAA World Games?  A lot of running on HK's Southside which means loads of hills and stairs, plus some interval training and hill sprints.   
Ideal pre-match feed?  A honey sandwich - with New Zealand Manuka honey.
Best post-match tipple?  Orange Gatorade (or a cold lager if I'm done for the day).

My work colleague advised me to join the HKGAA Team and I haven't looked back since. I have always played Gaelic Football back home in Ireland so I said I would give it a go in Hong Kong and it's a great way to get to know people.

Highlights were the lads working on building sites, Danny Lambe riding a bike and someone nearly beating up the bus driver after he was mistakenly taken for a random dude that just hopped on the tour bus.

Funniest moment of your Asian football career?  Played in the first ever Gaelic football match in Myanmar. It lashed rain for hours flooding the pitch - reminded me of times playing in Ireland.

What brings you to: Asia? Gaelic Football? Your Club?  I was offered the perfect opportunity in Korea and decided to check Korea for GAA clubs.  I found the Seoul Gaels webpage and the infamous “Banpo Banter”.  Well the lads seemed to enjoy the craic so that convinced me to commit to Korea and I have been here ever since.   I have been playing GAA since I could walk (or dive according to the Seoul players) and the Club has a good bunch of people who are close and will always help out
Funniest moment of your Asian football career?  It was actually off the field and it involved several Seoul Gaels chasing Batman through the streets of Hong Kong – ahhh Sunday nights at the Asian Gaelic Games
